IPE collects the contact and program-interest information a visitor chooses to submit so the appropriate team can respond. Academy inquiries and individual consultation requests are routed to their designated response teams.

What the public forms do

The forms collect only the contact, academy or family, location, program-interest, and optional message details shown on the page. For a minor, a parent or guardian must be the primary contact.

What the public forms do not do

Submitting a form does not create an Academy account, membership, entitlement, invitation, checkout, or enrollment. Program access begins only after review and an authorized invitation.

How inquiries are routed

Academy inquiries go to the IPE partner-inquiry workflow. Individual applications go only to the designated enrollment queue. The public form does not let a visitor choose or impersonate an academy.
